On 2023/03/15, a committee was formed to provide guidelines for healthcare services during 2023 new year’s holidays. The main topics discussed in this session are as follows:

• Issuing the latest COVID guidelines (version 12) to all clinical and emergency departments
• Mandatory adherence to all health protocols
• Immediate reporting of incidents to the University EOC (Emergency Operations Center)
• Notification of all departments and service units during Nowruz to the Nursing Office
• Appointment of members and substitutes in the crisis chart
