The facilities in the emergency department include:

The emergency department includes services such as ECG (Electrocardiogram), continuous patient monitoring, CPR room, negative pressure isolation room for acute respiratory illnesses, triage section, minor surgery operating room, all services under six hours of observation, services over six hours of observation, internal medicine and cardiology consultations on call, determination of BMI and nutritional counseling, and various biochemical and blood tests.

The rules and regulations of the emergency department include:

  1. Respect and timely responsiveness to esteemed patients.
  2. Adherence to the principle of compliance (to ensure the rights of esteemed patients).
  3. Patients are promptly visited and examined by resident physicians, with medical consultation provided as needed, in the shortest possible time.
  4. Assignment and instruction of attending patients in the emergency department are carried out as quickly as possible.
  5. Accurate and timely completion of medical records and entry of patient information into relevant forms.
  6. Timely and scheduled transitions and changes between different work shifts.
  7. If a patient needs to be hospitalized, according to hospital regulations, all prohibited items are taken from the patient and handed over to their family. In the absence of accompanying personal belongings, they are placed in the hospital's safe deposit box.
  8. In case of needing hospitalization, all admission procedures are carried out as quickly as possible.
  9. Color-coded lines in the emergency department indicate the pathways for various services to guide visitors.
