Coinciding with World Hepatitis Day, on Tuesday, July 28, the Health Education and Promotion Department of Iranian Hospital held a special educational program for staff, patients, and clients with the aim of increasing public awareness and promoting a culture of prevention.
In this program, Ms. Salari, the hospital’s infection control supervisor, attended the clinic’s clients and provided necessary educational materials about the ways of transmission of hepatitis, risk factors, the importance of early diagnosis, and effective methods of preventing this disease, and answered clients’ questions.

This program was held in order to raise public awareness of hepatitis and emphasize the role of education, prevention, and timely diagnosis in reducing the burden of this disease.
