{"id":11632,"date":"2026-09-13T07:04:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-13T07:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/?p=11632"},"modified":"2026-09-13T07:04:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-13T07:04:54","slug":"screening-a-film-at-the-hospital-to-mark-world-suicide-prevention-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/screening-a-film-at-the-hospital-to-mark-world-suicide-prevention-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Screening a film at the hospital to mark World Suicide Prevention Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, a film screening of *The Intouchables* (2011) was held at the hospital on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, with the participation of hospitalized patients and their companions.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 720px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-11632-1\" width=\"720\" height=\"1280\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/\u0643\u0644\u064a\u067e.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/\u0643\u0644\u064a\u067e.mp4\">https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/\u0643\u0644\u064a\u067e.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>The program was designed and organized with the aim of creating a different, uplifting, and interactive environment for patients, with a focus on mental health and strengthening their social connections. Efforts were made to provide an experience similar to that of a real cinema, including refreshments, offering patients an opportunity to spend a few hours away from the usual environment of inpatient wards.<\/p>\n<p>The program was very well received by patients and their companions, with a significant number of patients attending the screening. Participants remained in the hall until the end of the film and, following the screening, took part in a discussion session led by Dr. Seyed Kazem Malakouti, a psychiatrist.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1'
