This drill was designed and carried out with the aim of enhancing staff preparedness in facing critical situations such as earthquakes, fires, and other unforeseen incidents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drill Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Time: 14:00<\/li>\n<li>Location: Men&#8217;s Ward 1<\/li>\n<li>Number of Participants: Over 60 staff members and patients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11459\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D&#39;http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg&#39;%20width=&#39;659&#39;%20height=&#39;419&#39;%20viewBox%3D&#39;0%200%20659%20419&#39;%2F%3E\" data-czlz data-src=\"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"659\" height=\"419\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic.jpg 1781w, https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic-1024x651.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic-768x489.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic-1536x977.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/iranian-hospital.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ir-pic-600x382.jpg 600w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 659px) 100vw, 659px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Scenario:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to prepare staff, assess and identify possible obstacles and issues, and ensure the quick and safe evacuation of buildings:<\/p>\n<p>In this drill, the hospital\u2019s internal rescue teams, in cooperation with firefighters from Station 100, emergency services, and the hospital\u2019s crisis management unit, practiced the evacuation of patients.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency exit routes, safe assembly points, and the transfer methods for patients with special conditions were evaluated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Hazratizadeh, Head of Crisis Operations, said on the sidelines of the drill:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPreparedness against crises is one of the main pillars of ensuring the safety of patients and staff. This drill was an opportunity to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the emergency evacuation system and plan for its improvement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results and Feedback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Based on the initial assessment, the drill was carried out successfully, and coordination between various hospital units was satisfactory.
